There are many ways to relax and calm the mind and we all have our own path to take us there. Through my own life journey, I have experienced the most profound peace and wisdom by allowing the grace and beauty of nature to reveal this same nature within myself. There is so much we can learn from Mother Nature if we simply allow ourselves the opportunity to rest quietly in her presence for a while. By drawing from this inherent beauty and wisdom that nature so graciously offers, we create contemplative gardens that are congenial for finding our own peace and wisdom within.
